An attorney who knows the justice system from every angle.

Trey earned his bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from Georgia Southern University. As a former deputy with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Department and probation officer with the Georgia Department of Corrections, Trey understands the inner workings of law enforcement. This unique perspective gives Trey an advantage when representing his clients in criminal court.

Trey earned his J.D. in 2004 from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, where he received a litigation achievement award. After earning his law degree, Trey served as law clerk for Fulton County Superior Court Judge M. Gino Brogdon, whom he assisted with the drafting of orders and the daily operations of the courtroom. He then joined the law firm of King and Spalding, LLP, in Atlanta, where he managed projects for Fortune 500 companies. As an associate at the Siemon Law Firm in Forsyth County, Trey developed his expertise in family law.

Trey established Oxendine & Sauls, LLC to provide dependable, effective representation to the families of Gwinnett County – his home county – and the surrounding areas. He has partnered with Jarrod Oxendine to form Oxendine & Sauls, LLC, further expanding the range of legal services offered to his clients. A skilled mediator and litigator, Trey is comfortable at the negotiating table and in a courtroom.

W. Caleb Gross

Email: cgross@oxslaw.com

A well-rounded attorney who brings his commitment to the citizens of Metro Atlanta and his diverse experiences to the firm of Oxendine & Sauls, LLC.

Caleb was born in the in-town Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park, but spent his late childhood and teen years an hour and a half south in Columbus, Georgia. After graduating, Magna cum Laude, from The University of Georgia in Athens, Caleb returned to the Atlanta area, settling with his wife in Decatur, Georgia.

Even before enrolling in law school, Caleb gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of law. Following his graduation from college, he worked as a legislative aid to the Georgia State Senate. It was this time working with the legislators and lobbyists of the Georgia Senate that set him on the path to law school. Following his time under the Gold Dome he took a job as a paralegal in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, where he learned the ins and outs of the complex Federal Tax Code and gained invaluable experience in handling a heavy caseload and interacting with clients.

Caleb graduated, Cum Laude, from The Georgia State University College of Law in 2011. As a law student, Caleb spent time volunteering with a variety of non-profit and governmental legal organizations. He worked as a student attorney with Georgia State’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, acted as a volunteer intern with Georgia Lawyers for the Arts, and worked as a Legal Aid to several Georgia state Senators.

Caleb joined Oxendine & Sauls, LLC in the fall of 2011. His academic achievements, experience in tax law, and knowledge of the inner workings of the Georgia Legislative process bring a unique perspective to Oxendine & Sauls, LLC. His addition to the team of Oxendine & Sauls further deepens and broadens the range of dependable and effective representation that the firm offers to families and individuals in need of legal services throughout Georgia.
